Bought our 2nd car, which was a beautiful car, but had a brake issue less than a few thousand miles into it. Contacted Zack & explained what was going on. Without hesitation, he told me to bring it in & they’ll take of it. & they did. Hey, anything used can have problems, but separates a high-quality business from the rest is their customer service & how they deal with problems. Zack & Matt, hands down, are true professionals & took care of our issues with no questions asked. I can’t wait till I’m ready to buy one for myself because CCC will be definitely getting my business. I’m a customer for life. So kudos to Zack and Matt @ CCC. The best car buying experience ever!!
